Game Time Installers+ provides LED display, scoreboard, video, and related integration services. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on project scope, manufacturer, and site conditions.
2.PROPOSALS & ESTIMATES
All proposals, estimates, and renderings are provided for informational purposes only and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on project requirements, site conditions, and product availability.
3.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Game Time Installers+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered under the applicable agreement.
4.WARRANTIES
Manufacturer warranties apply to products as provided by the respective manufacturer. Game Time Installers+ does not provide additional product warranties beyond manufacturer coverage unless explicitly stated in writing.
5.SERVICE & REPAIR
Service and repair availability may vary by manufacturer, product generation, and parts availability. We are not an authorized warranty center unless expressly stated. Labor warranties are provided separately in writing.
6.GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
